CleanFast (“CleanFast”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at cleanfast.in and provides doorstep car & bike wash, AC service, and home cleaning services in Kakinada, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, book a service, or interact with us on WhatsApp, and how we use and protect that information.
By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information directly from you:
- Contact details — name, phone number (including WhatsApp number), and email address (if provided).
- Service address — the address or location where you would like the service delivered.
- Vehicle & service details — vehicle type, service selected, preferred date and time slot, and any special instructions you share.
- Conversation history — messages you send to us on WhatsApp or through our website chat, including media you choose to share.
- Payment information — we do not store card or UPI details. Payments collected online are processed by third-party payment providers.
- Technical data — basic device, browser, and usage information collected through standard web analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Confirm, schedule, and deliver the services you book.
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, technician assignment updates, and service-related notifications over WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call.
- Route your request to the right technician and share the information they need to complete the service (your name, address, contact number, and service details).
- Respond to your questions, complaints, or feedback.
- Improve our services, train our team, and maintain quality standards.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
3. WhatsApp Business Messaging
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) and Twilio to communicate with you. When you message our business number or click a “Chat on WhatsApp” link:
- Your WhatsApp phone number and the contents of your messages are shared with us through Meta’s and Twilio’s infrastructure.
- We may use automated chat (a chatbot) to help take your booking. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
- Opt-in: Before we send you any business-initiated WhatsApp messages (booking confirmations, technician assignment updates, service notifications), you must explicitly consent directly in WhatsApp by tapping Accept on the consent prompt (or replying YES) when you first message us. We store the exact consent wording, the method, and the timestamp as proof of consent.
- We send template-based notifications only for purposes related to a service you have requested, and only after we have your opt-in on file.
- Opt-out: You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to our WhatsApp number. We will send one confirmation message and will not send any further WhatsApp messages until you re-initiate the conversation.
- No sensitive data over WhatsApp: We will never ask for card numbers, bank account numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, or government ID numbers (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, etc.) over WhatsApp. Payments are collected at the time of service or via a secure payment link we send separately.
Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our technicians and staff, so they can reach you and complete the service.
- Service providers who help us operate the business, including Google Firebase (database and hosting), Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS delivery), Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), OpenAI (message understanding for the chatbot), and Vercel (website hosting and analytics). These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
- Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We keep your booking and conversation data for as long as needed to provide the service, support customer queries, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When the information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the use of trusted cloud providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or outdated.
- Delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
- Stop sending you marketing or non-essential WhatsApp or SMS messages.
